Jeroen Speekenbrink, CEO & Director Delivery Operations
In his role as CEO Jeroen provides leadership to the Trifork management team and is also responsible for growth, strategy and overlooking the effective execution of all business operations. Jeroen leads major business development activities and is a sparring partner at strategic level for both existing and potential customers.
Alongside this as Director Delivery Operations, Jeroen manages the entire delivery organization within Trifork. Jeroen has a wealth of project delivery and commercial experience and his expertise are not only in the operations aspects of the business but also in the key domains Trifork operates in.
Prior to joining Trifork Jeroen worked at Inter Access, where he worked in several senior executive functions whereby in his last position he was Divisional Director Applications Solutions. Prior to his time at Inter Access he has always worked in software development and services companies and held positions at both Perot Systems, Contrado & Syllogic.
Jonathan Bouma, Chief Financial Officer
Jonathan joined in 2011 as CFO and as member of the management team. Jonathan is responsible for all human resource related activities as well as the financial & legal operations within Trifork. Hereby he is also entrusted with the task of creating an economically healthy and robust organization. He is actively involved in drafting and executing the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) strategy and functioning as a sounding board to the CEO.
Before joining Trifork Jonathan worked as an interim-CFO, guiding international organizations though financing processes, Mergers & Acquisitions and organizational developments as an independent consultant. In the past he has held various CFO and other financial management positions at a number of well-known companies including Monsterboard Worldwide and Casema / Ziggo. Jonathan started his career as an accountant at PriceWaterhouse Coopers.
Peter Meijer, Chief Operating Officer
As COO Peter is responsible for all operational and commercial activities. Previously, Peter was a Regional Director responsible for Service Delivery at the internationally renowned open source vendor SpringSource.
Within SpringSource, he made an active contribution to rapid expansion of the services business within the EMEA region. Peter was also instrumental in drafting and executing SpringSource’s European partner channel strategy during this time.
Peter has worked in the Enterprise Java software industry from the start of his career. Prior to SpringSource, he held various technical and management positions at Dutch Software Consulting firm, Sogyo.
Bram Smeets, Chief Technical Officer
As CTO and as member of the management team Bram is responsible for Trifork’s ability to translate clients’ business challenges into pioneering technical strategies and solutions. Bram is client-oriented and actively involved in helping customers reach appropriate future-proof, technical decisions.
Bram has been with Trifork since the beginning in 2002, initially as a software developer & architect and was late appointed CTO. Prior to this Bram was a Senior Consultant at SpringSource during which time he provided training and consultancy services and was a regular speaker at international conferences.
In addition, Bram has been a committer for a number of large well-known open source projects such as Spring framework and Direct Web Remoting (DWR) and authored two books on Spring and Google Web Toolkit (GWT). Prior to joining Trifork, he worked at SmartHaven, a high-profile software start-up where he worked on a platform for intelligent agent technology.
Sejal Korenromp, Global Brand & Marketing Director
Sejal joined us in 2011 and from 2012 she has also been part of the Management Team. Since joining Sejal has helped define the core values of Trifork which were tailored to fit a new organization that emerged as a result of several different acquisitions. Thereafter, she has been responsible for the process to translate these values in the new visual identity of Trifork, including the design & development of the new website. In her current role Sejal is responsible for all brand, marketing & communications activities at Trifork Amsterdam and also leads the global initiatives.
Prior to joining Trifork Sejal worked in the international business to business agency world (Gyro, Total Identity & Centigrade).
In her customer-facing role she managed clients such as TNT, Sony, Fortis & Nissan in projects such as product launches, channel communications activities and all aspects of marketing communications.
